How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For personalized items, please allow an additional 2-3 days for processing and crafting your unique gift.
Do you offer customization on all products?
Most of our products feature personalization options! Look for the 'Personalize It' button on the product page to add names, initials, or custom messages.
What is your return policy for personalized gifts?
Because personalized items are made specifically for you, they are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing error. Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
We move quickly to get your gifts ready! If you need to make a change, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once production begins on custom items, changes cannot be made.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a secure checkout experience.
Do you offer bulk discounts for bridal parties or events?
